| The House
Washing Process American House
safely cleans all types of siding. Contrary, the common
practice of many inexperienced pressure wash contractors, our goal
is to clean your house using as little pressure as is possible.
This virtually eliminates concerns of water being forced behind
siding, paint being blown off, and water being pushed in around
windows and doors. Instead, we use environmentally responsible
detergents to gently emulsify surface pollutants and kill mildew.
Tough spots are scrubbed and then the loosened "dirt" is rinsed off.
Typically our process is to start with the
exterior of the gutters and work our way down to the foundation.
We remove all surface oxidation, acid rain, general "fall-out"
pollutants and mildew. When we are through with the cleaning
process, we can apply a coat of Sil-O-Wet Surface Sealant, which is
specifically formulated to retard the growth of mildew and the
build-up of pollutants and oxidation. |
